What you are buying

The same standard applies whichever project you choose.

Three to four bedrooms, multiple balconies, and a rooftop that belongs to the building rather than to one apartment.

Every apartment gets an independent gas line and its own electric meter. Lifts are imported with an auto landing device and a voltage stabiliser, and are stretcher-sized. Generators cover the building’s common load, and the compound is under 24-hour IP camera surveillance.

How buying works

Five steps between a first visit and your keys.

Visit
Call us and we will walk you through the site and the floor plans for the project you are interested in.
Choose your unit
Pick the floor and the orientation. Each project page lists the flat size on its own record.
Booking
Reserve the apartment while the paperwork is prepared.
Agreement
We sign the formal agreement together at our corporate office in Bashundhara R/A.
Handover
You take the keys, and we stay on afterwards so the building keeps its standard.
